The Clerk read as follows: Mr. Huffman moves to recommit the bill H.R. 702 to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith, with the following amendment: Page 3, line 17, insert ``Nothing in this Act prevents the President or any other Federal official from enforcing Federal laws or regulations necessary to protect human health, the environment, or public safety, including the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300f et seq.), the Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Act of 1979 (Pub. L. 96-129), the Pipeline Safety Improvement Act of 2002 (Pub. L. 107-355), the Pipeline Inspection, Protection, Enforcement, and Safety Act of 2006 (Pub. L. 109-468), or the Pipeline Safety, Regulatory Certainty, and Job Creation Act of 2011 (Pub. L. 112-90).'' after ``prohibit exports.''. Mr. BARTON (during the reading).
