“I have an amendment made in order. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill, add the following: SEC. 504. STATE OF CALIFORNIA WATER REFORM LAWS. Nothing in this Act or the amendments made by this Act shall interfere with the State of California's Delta and water management reform and funding bills of 2009, including SB7x-1, SB7x-2, SB7x-6, and SB7x-7.
