True energy independence means producing clean energy for our communities here at home.
We have more than 95 percent of our kelp forests that have been lost due to this perfect storm of bad conditions.
This continues conservation and restoration work in the Delaware River watershed. This was authorized in 2016.
My concern in this hearing is H.R. 6814.
