The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 3, line 4, insert ``(a) Strategic Petroleum Reserve'' before ``Not later than''. Page 3, after line 10, insert the following: (b) Greenhouse Gas Emissions.--Not later than 120 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Energy shall conduct, and transmit to the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate the results of, a study on the net greenhouse gas emissions that will result from the repeal of the crude oil export ban under section 2.
