I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title) insert the following: SEC. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to enforce section 668.105(h) of title 23, Code of Federal Regulations, for any projects in response to disasters that occurred in fiscal year 2017 or thereafter. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 357, the gentleman from California (Mr. Huffman) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from California.
