This is a good bill. The community of Beatrice--I just had to say it one more time because I like that pronunciation--is fortunate to be home to what will hopefully soon be America's newest historical park, the Homestead National Historical Park, and is also fortunate to have been represented over the years by these two fine gentlemen from Nebraska. Mr. Speaker, I urge an ``aye'' vote on this bipartisan bill, and I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from California (Mr. Huffman) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 1472. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the bill was passed. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
