Thank you, Mr. Bishop. And I thank the Chair for arranging this hearing. This is the sort of hearing that we should have more often.

It seems that one common theme I am hearing, both from Mr. Teague, and Mr. Wick, and others, is that nobody here is advocating overgrazing.

I think this was a very refreshing hearing, and I think this was the best of the oversight function.
