The Clerk read as follows: Mr. Huffman moves that the managers on the part of the House at the conference on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses on the House amendment to the Senate amendment to the bill H.R. 22 be instructed to-- (1) agree to the provisions of the Senate amendment that establish the total amount of funding to be provided for each of fiscal years 2016 through 2021 out of the Highway Trust Fund for surface transportation programs; and (2) insist on section 1414(b) of the House amendment (relating to adjustments to contract authority).
