How is it that our corporations, our multi-nationals would remain competitive if they pay a rate on their foreign profits that is higher than 15 percent?

I think it is appropriate to do that.

I do have concern about where we are going unless we undertake some significant steps to reduce the budget deficit.

President Biden has made it clear he would never support cuts in benefits to those individuals.
