How many seniors have to lose their Medicare in order to provide a $104,000 tax cut per year for every millionaire? The answer is 17. Seventeen seniors will see a reduction in their Medicare or an additional cost of $6,000 a year in order to pay for the millionaire tax cut of $104,000.
