I was unfortunately delayed by a meeting and was unable to cast a vote on rollcalls 410 and 411 on Thursday, June 21, 2012. I would have voted ``no'' on both Final Passage of H.R. 4480 and the Republican Motion to Instruct Conferees on H.R. 4348.
