This is so egregious. And I think the American people need to sit back for a moment and think about as something like that happened in their home, how would they feel their sanctuary.

And I would also say, Under Secretary, while you are doing that education with women who are in boot camp, we really need it for the men as well, because, truly, we keep losing sight of the fact that there are two in this process.

And we can say pretty clearly that the Wagner Group is proxy for the Russian Government. And we need to call them out.

I think there needs to be an absolute comprehensive review.
