I'm not going to sugarcoat this. This is a scandal, and it's one that each and every one of you need to take ownership of.

And I would also say, Under Secretary, while you are doing that education with women who are in boot camp, we really need it for the men as well, because, truly, we keep losing sight of the fact that there are two in this process.
