I am horrified at the utter lack of medical privacy servicewomen face when pregnant.

This is so egregious. And I think the American people need to sit back for a moment and think about as something like that happened in their home, how would they feel their sanctuary.

I thank the gentlewoman for her powerful comments. On top of everything else, we passed one law which was the Hyde amendment, that said you can't use Federal funds for medical abortions, so Medicaid was not made available for that purpose…

We must restore local control to the community.
