Human trafficking is a multibillion-dollar industry. Transnational criminal organizations, or TCOs, are preying on vulnerable individuals to make a dollar.

We may disagree on how to get the job done, but I think we all kind-of agree on the objective, which is stop these criminal organizations.

For the United States, I hate to say this, but we only pay attention when we see smoke, and by then the fire is raging out of control.
