Well, negative to air pollution. We're talking about air pollution, the harm from air pollution. We are talking about asthma, cancer. Toxic pollutants can cause brain damage. We're not talking about some inconvenience to them. We're talking about adverse public health impact on the public in the United States, first of all, and then a disproportionate negative impact on sub- populations that are most at risk for hazardous air pollutants.
