It is not for the President to say or to obstruct congressional deliberations and investigations or other legitimate functions.
Although he made a number of very sensible recommendations, we heard at our hearing last September that the CSB chairman failed to adequately address these problems, and in fact, had created a dysfunctional work environment.
Families all across the country expect the safety devices in their vehicles to work.
The House's need for all the facts surrounding suspected Presidential offences cannot of course be circumscribed by an executive determination of what is relevant.
