I was one of those who thought it was a good idea as a part of a proposal that was floating around the halls here in Congress that the President and the cabinet secretaries ought to also be in the marketplace and not have a special Federal plan that you will have after January 1, but that we will not.
Waxman suggests that Congress members should also participate in the same health plans as the public.
