Do you really believe that malpractice is the reason why we have health care costs that are so rapidly increasing that small businesses have to pay 30 percent more and, therefore, cannot afford to cover their employees? Would it be your solution to say that anybody hurt in a malpractice just should not be able to sue? Would that make health care affordable to all Americans?
