You are not answering my question. When will you say to the American people that they will know that they will be covered, and if you are not going to cover them, who are you going to leave out, and how long is it going to take? There are 39 million Americans, many of them may be watching tonight, and they would like to know, and I would like to know, when can they expect to be able to buy a health insurance policy they can afford?
