I read Mr. Thomas' own bill on health care reform, and he would cut the Medicare program more than President Clinton, but he wouldn't use that for benefits for the elderly. He would give vouchers to low-income people, a worthy goal, but why do you take from seniors in this country to help poor people? That's hardly fair.
