The State Department draft environmental analysis acknowledges that the Keystone XL pipeline could affect the climate.

The only responsible action is to say no to Keystone XL tar sands pipeline.

If President Obama had not acted forcefully to rescue the industry, the livelihoods of millions of Americans would have been lost.

It is ironic that the other subcommittee... is trying to pass a bill to approve the tar sands pipeline from Canada.
