We will hold down health care costs by using market forces, by limiting what insurance companies can charge people. There is none of that in the Republican proposal at all. The only way Republicans seem to hold down costs is asking people to pay more out of their pockets, and not everybody can afford to pay more out of their pockets, because they find health insurance unaffordable, and I do no think you have an answer to them in your proposal.
