We heard debate from the other side about refining oil. I think we ought to refine our debate because, on the other side of the aisle, a comment was made that extremists are pushing opposition to this pipeline. From what I heard from Mr. Rush and what I understand the case to be is that those who ordinarily make this decision should have all the facts, and I don't think that is an extreme position at all.
