In the 30 seconds I have left, let's pass this bill and go on to fix this problem. We owe it to the seniors who were promised Medicare coverage. And Medicare coverage means that they ought to have access to physicians who are paid for the care that they give those Medicare recipients. I urge an ``aye'' vote.
