As a supporter of the Affordable Care Act, I look forward to next year when we will see all Americans have a chance to buy health insurance. For those who are on Medicare, that is their health insurance coverage, and we will only keep the promise for coverage to them if we pay the providers who give them care, especially the physicians. That is why I ask for an ``aye'' vote on this bill. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The time of the gentleman has expired.
