These cuts in basic health programs would be a huge mistake.

Wasteful federal spending should be eliminated. Fraud and abuse should be wiped out.

We must recognize that HHS and the agencies contained in the department have a vital, lifesaving mission.

I think that this bill is flawed beyond just the drafting.
