You know, why can't we do things? Part of what makes us as Americans is that we are can-do people.

But I have to say, Mr. Chairman, I am tired of the Republican rhetoric that says Congress and the government in general can't do anything.

Well, I think we can do things. We can have affordable health care.

If that is a concern, let's fix it.
