I yield myself another 30 seconds. This bill is filled with loopholes and riders and special interest provisions. It's a very bad process to bring this bill to the House floor. Some of the provisions that came out of our committee never had full committee consideration. So I urge Members to defeat the bill. Let's get down to doing what needs to be done. Don't hold important measures that must pass hostage. Let's work together and get a decent bill and pass it into law. I reserve the balance of my time.
