The Michel plan does not spell out what benefits anyone will get. The Clinton proposal does. What I would like to know is, and I think others would like to know, what is it that you would like to drop from the Clinton plan? Would it be mammograms, prescription drugs? Do you think that those ought to be in? How about dental benefits for kids or catastrophic costs? Would all of those be in the benefit plan guaranteed to all Americans in any goals you would hope to achieve?
