I think the gentleman amends proposed section 101(g)(4), which does what the gentleman said it does. But in another section of the bill, in section 102(e) and section 201(d), there is additional monies coming from the land and water conservation fund. I would just ask that those also be made a part of this amendment so that we do not use any of this for unauthorized purposes.
