This bill will do much more harm than good and we cannot afford to cause any further damage to an ecosystem that is oversubscribed and in jeopardy.

I have seen this transformation firsthand, and let me tell you that Clayton Valley is a bright light in the 11th District.

However, when a charter school falls short of that promise, we owe it to the students, the families, and the teachers to hold the school responsible for improvement and close that school, if necessary, if they can't meet those goals.

Let's just fix the problems with it. Let's don't start from scratch and rewrite the whole law.
