I mean if we are really serious about no backlog and whittling down the backlog, let us whittle down the backlog. Let us not add to this. This is money the taxpayers have deposited in a trust fund that they believe that was going to be utilized to take care of whatever that valuable piece of property you described or some other ecosystem of the United States.”
