I have seen this transformation firsthand, and let me tell you that Clayton Valley is a bright light in the 11th District.

However, when a charter school falls short of that promise, we owe it to the students, the families, and the teachers to hold the school responsible for improvement and close that school, if necessary, if they can't meet those goals.

trust these workers enough to give them this opportunity and this responsibility to make these decisions about their own retirement.

It is time for Congress to get back into the business of partnering with states and districts in support of schools.
