I have seen this transformation firsthand, and let me tell you that Clayton Valley is a bright light in the 11th District.

I strongly urge the Obama board to change course and encourage key stakeholders to get to work.

I'm afraid that an awful lot of time and motion is being wasted trying to give the appearance of reform instead of actually making real, structural changes.
