Again to state, Mr. Speaker, that we will be delivering a fig leaf to the gentleman from Wisconsin's office so he can use it to try to hide his environmental record when earlier this year he voted to stop EPA from protecting against the dumping of 70,000 chemicals in our Nation's rivers and allowing industry to pollute our drinking water. Voting to recycle batteries will not cover that up, and the fig leaf will be delivered to his office later today.
