Let's just fix the problems with it. Let's don't start from scratch and rewrite the whole law.

It is ironic to me that I hear people talk about you cannot pass legislation because we need to respect state water rights.

Trust these workers enough to give them this opportunity and this responsibility to make these decisions about their own retirement.

This bill will do much more harm than good and we cannot afford to cause any further damage to an ecosystem that is oversubscribed and in jeopardy.
