For years, Donald Trump and Republicans have blocked efforts to raise the federal minimum wage while handing tax breaks to billionaires and big corporations.

It’s just an extraordinary moment in world history, in American history, in the history between our two nations, and so we have to be repairers of the breach, and we have to call that out.
