Make no mistake: Trump's assault on democracy won't slow down.

If the feds were serious about this, they would have done this long ago — not in the middle of people voting, which inherently and needlessly sows distrust and doubt in our democracy.

Let me be clear to anyone thinking about helping Trump interfere with California elections: If you interfere with voters or tamper with ballots, you will be prosecuted with a FELONY.

Looking at that from a national prism, very different conversation than a state-by-state prism.
