Gavin Newsom: “It will be resolved when [Trump] doesn’t get any attention.”

California has chosen a different path – one that rewards work, grows the economy and puts working families first. We believe if you work hard, you deserve a decent paycheck. They think $7.25 an hour is enough. We don’t.

I’m one of those Democrats that deeply believes in addition, not division, and so I want a big tent party. I want to win.

I cannot guarantee that. But I can guarantee you nothing like this, the level of disrespect, talking past people, talking down to people, talking past and down to you.

We need to win back the House of Representatives. We need to save this republic, our democracy.
