After repeatedly losing in the lower courts, the highest court in the land firmly slapped down the Trump DoJ’s baseless attack on California’s electoral process – not even entertaining it.

They swore an oath to serve this country and protect the American people. Now they’re abandoning FEMA’s mission and telling Americans in states across the country to fend for themselves.

Today’s ruling is a positive development and a welcome speed bump to Trump’s disgusting attacks on the constitution and our country’s democracy.

We are all the beneficiaries of oil and gas. No one’s naive about that.
