I’m one of those Democrats that deeply believes in addition, not division, and so I want a big tent party. I want to win.

The right is ruthless and they know how to win.

California has chosen a different path – one that rewards work, grows the economy and puts working families first. We believe if you work hard, you deserve a decent paycheck. They think $7.25 an hour is enough. We don’t.

This is a necessary step to protect a river that 40 million Americans depend on, at a time when climate change is driving a regional water crisis that makes every drop of water count.
