California built the film industry – and we’re ready to bring even more jobs home… Now it’s time for a real federal partnership to Make America Film Again.

It’s just an extraordinary moment in world history, in American history, in the history between our two nations, and so we have to be repairers of the breach, and we have to call that out.

We’re going to again lead the nation, but the bar is pretty damn low, and that’s what’s so frustrating.

Simply put, this measure did not meet the gravity of this moment. The only solution is to return to fix the entire problem, not part of it.
