Knowing the facts of the case, Erin, and having been on the floor when Donald Trump incited and aimed the mob that pause the counting of the vote and led to the violence, I'm not surprised that a judge would find that he's disqualified because he committed insurrection, which, of course, the constitution says, if you do that you can't be on the ballot.
