Nineteen kids are dead, 19 children are dead. And so, to my Republican colleagues, I ask, who are you here for? Are you here for our kids? Or, are you here for the killers? Because if you were here for the kids, you do all you could to protect the next school shooting that is about to happen. We know it`s going to happen in America. But if you`re here for the killers, you would do everything to make it easier for the next school shooting to happen.

I don't understand why we're here, because for the longest time, as long as I've been alive, and I'm the son of two Republicans so I've heard this in my household a lot, you're the party of free markets.
They don't seem to understand that they were elected to serve their constituents, not the disgraced, twice impeached, and now convicted leader of the party.
Unfortunately, these attacks on the very foundations of our government to prop up the former President have become the norm for their party.
