And to most people watching at home what it is, is that if your hometown mayor called the police chief and said, I know that you need more police officers to keep the streets safe, however, before I'm going to give you that money, I need you to investigate my political opponent. Most of us would say, you know what, you just don't do that. That's abusing your office. That's exactly what the President did on a much larger scale.
