Today Chairman Lujan and I introduced the FCC Legal Enforcement Act to give the FCC new authority to go after scammers.

The FCC should be protecting those voices, not giving the nation’s largest station owners and the Trump Administration more power over them.

These communities want broadband connectivity, and with the funding included in the bipartisan infrastructure bill, we have historic opportunity to provide it.
