I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 18, line 24, strike ``shall be'' and all that follows through the first period on page 19, line 2, and insert the following: ``shall not be suspended, but rather shall continue to be the responsibility of south of Delta CVP contractors.''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 472, the gentlewoman from California (Ms. Matsui) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from California.
