I want to thank my colleagues, Representative Napolitano, Representative Murphy, for their work on this resolution and mental health issues in general. And I would like to thank my colleague from South Carolina (Mr. Wilson). This resolution represents one small step toward a future where the serious burden of mental illness is but a thing of the past. I urge my colleagues to support this resolution.
