“Mr. President, I come to the floor to speak about the importance of protecting women's health and protecting their access to their health care, in other words, their choice. They didn't know if they would be able to get the care they need, and they didn't have the information to make smart, healthy lifestyle choices. One young woman from Santa Barbara told me about a health care scare she had when she was 20. Precancerous cells were discovered during her annual exam.…”
